Dairypower proudly sponsors Boherbue Handball Club!
Dairypower is thrilled to announce our sponsorship of Boherbue Handball Club’s jerseys for the upcoming year. Our Sales Manager Brian Aherne, whose children are proud members of the club and our Local Dealer Josh Walsh, recently had the pleasure of presenting these jerseys to the enthusiastic club members. Boherbue Handball Club, founded in 1979, caters for the talents of 60 adults and juveniles, both boys and girls, starting from the age of 5.
Boherbue Handball Club has consistently demonstrated its talents at various levels of competition, participating in County, Provincial, All Ireland, and even International tournaments. Under the leadership of club chairman Danny Linehan, the club has had much success in the past year.

Munster-level triumphs include Roger Casey, Darragh Ducey, Shane Flynn, Aidan Lenihan, Tomas O Connor and Jonathon Lucey. Junior achievements include Carmel Kelleher’s All Ireland U16 40 x 20 victory.
Carmel Kelleher, member of the Ireland Under 17 team, represented the nation in the USA Junior 4 Wall Nationals. Enda Aherne achieved an impressive victory in the All Ireland Silver Masters Double in the 60 x 30 category.
A proud moment for Boherbue Handball Club came with Feile na nGael victory, where a talented team led by captain Cathal Aherne, along with Ciaran Aherne, Tadgh O Connor, and Eoghan Aherne, emerged triumphant. At the Munster level, Cian O’Connor secured a well-deserved victory, while Maeve Hartin and Erin Vaughan proudly represented Munster in the Cumann na mBunscol Finals in County Cavan.
