Today we are going to examine our industry-leading Eco-Clean Rope Scraper System, which focuses on keeping the cows, passageways and cubicles as clean as possible.
This system is an advanced floor scraping system designed to easily and efficiently remove all slurry and waste created by your animals after they have been standing in your yard. And of course, we have created a bespoke system that is compliant, sustainable and environmentally friendly, as well as being animal friendly and easy to operate.
This system can be used with all types of farm animals, and in most cases when we install our Eco-Clean Rope Scraper System on a farm, it has been used for dairy cows and beef cattle. The slurry created by these animals is an excellent source of nutrients and can be used as fertiliser if it is handled in the correct manner.
Eco-Clean Rope Scraper
Considering all of these factors, here at Dairypower, we have created the power scraper system known as the Eco-Clean Rope Scraper System. This is a fully automated system which can be controlled from a single panel and allows for up to four passageways to be cleaned at the same time. This is an excellent solution to save costs and labour time. The system can be installed in passageways up to 200 metres long.
In addition, we have also created a unique double winch unit that goes both ways and is a patented part of this spectacular product. This allows for the installation of as little as one winch in your building, saving space, depending on the number of passages and labour costs. The double winch avoids the need for two separate winches that go both directions, immediately saving on having to buy two winches.
The featured part of this product are the blades that are used to scrape the passageways, indeed they are the star of the show! These scraper blades run along the ground and collect all the waste created by your animals by scraping it off the passageway floors and then transferring it into one location. Slurry is moved swiftly from passageway to the slurry store, where it is held until the farmer is ready to spread. Our Smart Slurry Aeration System compliments this system extremely well, as slurry is left in a homogenous, pumpable state 365 days a year!
